General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the MINDED
online store, operated by Matěj Fabisz (hereinafter referred to as
"the seller"). These terms define and clarify the rights and
obligations of the seller and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as
"the customer").

3. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the customer sends the order and the seller subsequently confirms the order via email.
4. Price and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer or Apple pay.
5. Delivery Conditions
Goods are dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation.
Shipping costs are specified during the order process and depend on the chosen delivery method. The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and immediately notify the carrier in case of any damage.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The customer must inform the seller of the withdrawal in writing or
via email at [your email address]. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The seller is obliged to refund the payment to the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Complaints and Warranty
The warranty period for goods is 2 years from the date of receipt by the customer.
Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email at [your email address].
The seller undertakes to resolve the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The customer has the right to seek out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). The customer may also use the online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Privacy Policy
The seller is committed to protecting the customer's personal data and handling it in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
10. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from July 10, 2024. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the online store's website.
